What You’ll Do
You’ll be the friendly face many of our clients see first — helping them navigate motor licensing with ease and confidence.
- Issue motor licences and registrations
- Process payments and handle daily transactions
- Answer client questions and provide clear, helpful information
- Keep records organized and up to date
- Support the team with day-to-day office operations

This role is perfect for someone who:
- Loves working with people (and genuinely enjoys it)
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Brings a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Is comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Doesn’t take themselves too seriously — but takes their work seriously
