Beyond her professional achievements, Sarah holds influential positions as the Chair on the Board of Directors for the Insurance Brokers Association of Saskatchewan (IBAS), Past Chair of the Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute (CPBI) Regional Council, and an elected Board of Director for the Chartered Professionals of Human Resources (CPHR). In 2022, she was recognized as an ‘Elite Women in Business’ by Insurance Business Canada.

Sarah was born in Rosetown, Saskatchewan and now resides in Saskatoon with her husband and two children. She loves to travel, golf, and spend time with friends and family.

Specializing in Commercial, Personal, and Group Health & Travel benefits, Bobbee excels in sales and customer service. Her achievements were recognized when she was named one of Canada’s Top Insurance Brokers by Insurance Business Canada in 2023.

Beyond her professional commitments, Bobbee actively contributes to the community as a council member on CPBI (Canadian Pension & Benefits Institute). Known for her generosity and care, she is considered one of the genuinely awesome.

Bobbee enjoys moments with her husband Chad, sons Breydan and Brantt, and grandson Marlow at their cabin in Turtle Lake.

With an impressive 16-year career at Saskatchewan Blue Cross, Kristy brings a wealth of knowledge, having excelled in various roles, including business development, sales, leadership, and group benefits.

Based in Saskatoon, Kristy is leading the charge in expanding our clientele experience as our VP, Business Development & Sales. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan, her Life License, GBA Certification, and volunteers on the Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute conference planning committee.

Kristy loves to golf and spend time at the lake with her sons Vann and Jett, husband Trevor, and their two dogs Suzy and Sammy.

With 12 years of experience across the insurance landscape, Paul brings a comprehensive perspective to every client interaction. Having served as a personal broker, a commercial specialist, and in leadership management roles, Paul understands the nuances of risk management from every angle. Driven by a commitment to clarity and protection, Paul prides himself on building long-term relationships founded on trust and expertise. Outside of the office, Paul is a dedicated parent to his four children and enjoys staying active in the Saskatoon community, often spending his free time on the basketball court or out on the golf course.

Lyn McGaughey is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist and independent Group Benefits Advisor with Atlas York.  With over 20 years of experience in the financial services and group benefits industries, Lyn is passionate about community involvement, and helping businesses succeed.  She loves the non-stagnant nature of the benefit industry and thrives on change. Currently a volunteer with the Saskatchewan chapter of CPBI, Lyn has a long history of community involvement including board positions with the Saskatoon Crisis Nursery, Tourism Saskatoon (now Discovery Saskatoon) and Advocis.

Leah started her insurance career when she was 19 and has now been in the industry for 14 years.  Leah is an experienced Commercial and Farm Broker and also has an auto, property, and bodily injury claims background.  Leah currently sits on the Emerging Brokers Committee (EBC) with Insurance Brokers Association of Saskatchewan (IBAS).

She loves to travel, fish and to spend time at the lake with her family.

Hailey joins our team with experience in Health Care, Office Management and Bookkeeping. Hailey received her CHIM designation in 2021 and has been using these practices in multiple ways ever since. Hailey has seen several different avenues of careers in the past and is excited to be joining the insurance industry.

Hailey grew up in Debden, SK but now resides in Saskatoon with her husband, Elliot, and two dogs, mini–Australian Shepherds, Tucker and Bella. When not at work, Hailey can be found spending time with her family and friends, walking her dogs or her newfound hobby of sewing baby blankets.

Shelby, also known as Shelbs, has been in the insurance industry for 2.5 years. She has a diverse background, having been born in England and later having moved to Canada. Since then, Shelby has lived in various small towns across Saskatchewan, including Craven, Earl Grey, Delisle, and now Biggar. Outside of work, Shelby is a proud mom to her son Berrett and two dogs Tikka and Conan. Shelby enjoys a lively farm life, raising animals like cats, chickens, pigs, and cows.

A true outdoors enthusiast, Shelby spends her free time hunting, gardening, and farming, and she’s always up for a new renovation project. Whether she’s outdoors, with her family, or working on a new home project, Shelby brings energy and enthusiasm to everything she does.

Jazmine or “Jaz”  has been in the insurance industry since 2016, bringing a strong focus on client service, attention to detail, and clear communication. She takes pride in helping clients understand their coverage and guiding them through the insurance process in a professional and approachable way.

Outside of work, Jaz enjoys spending time with her dog, relaxing with a good show, and keeping things low-key with family and friends.

With over 16 years experience as an administrative professional and 3.5 years within the insurance industry, Eldon brings forth his keen eye for client focused interactions and building great relationships. He understands what it is to be a real team player and is eager to continue to grow within his expertise of personal lines and looks forward to getting to know the clients.

Outside of the office, Eldon spends time with his husband Michael, their precious furbabies, and his friends and family. Eldon comes from a small town with a big heart and loves giving back to his community. When he’s not with his family during the warmer months, you can find him enjoying his flowers and love for gardening.

Carrie is a dedicated professional with over 20 years of experience in administrative roles, and she’s excited to be returning to the insurance industry. Known for her attention to detail and genuine care for people, she brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to her work.

Originally from Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Carrie grew up in the small town of Endeavour and has lived in several communities across the province. She’s proud to call Saskatoon home now and is especially grateful to have her three children living nearby.

Outside of work, Carrie is passionate about animal rescue and has been a foster with Saskatoon Dog Rescue since 2021. She’s cared for 15 dogs to date, including her beloved Sadie, a foster pup turned permanent family member. Her home often features a rotating cast of furry guests, and she wouldn’t have it any other way.

She enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s hiking, walking the dog, or relaxing in the backyard. A lover of great food, wine, dark chocolate, and meaningful conversations, Carrie values any opportunity to gather with family and friends. When creativity strikes, she also enjoys crafting and refinishing furniture—activities she hopes to do more often.

Winston or “Winnie” has over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, known for his dedication, professionalism, and client-focused approach. Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, he brings a diverse background and a strong work ethic to every interaction, helping clients navigate their insurance needs with clarity and confidence.

Outside of work, Winnie is passionate about cooking and enjoys spending time outdoors. Camping and hiking are among his favorite hobbies, offering the perfect balance to a busy professional life. A frequent traveler, he names Japan as his favorite destination for its rich culture and cuisine.
